Arlington to Austin

As soon as I arrived, I was leaving 

Get me out of here, speeding!

A new life I was needing

Trapped with liars and thieves

Getting friends by paying a fee 

Only tried to give them the best of me

Word gets around in a small town 

Worked myself into the ground

To get to where I am now 

Left those walls behind

No longer confined

Contently clear mind 

Endless possibilities, discovering myself

Old habits, places, and memories back on the shelf
